I am going to speak to Richard O'Sullivan regarding insurance this weekend at Aldershot regarding insurance. To see if I can explain the situation in more
detail to him. I will post his response on Monday.

I received an email from Richard O'Sullivan last night. He has given permission after speaking with Tom, and Gareth for the event to go ahead as an
officcial AES event.
I would like to organise some lectern style information boards. If any one has spare kit and equipmet which they wouldn't mind bringing please let me
know what this would be. Once I have a list of kit and equipment for both impressions. I may need to call on some of you guys to help word the information
boards. Also if Richard or somebody could provide me with the AES logo I could get a sign made up.

Hi,
As an existing member of the Volunteer Company (for the time being that is), would I have to pay a guest fee to the AES for attending Cliveden. I am no longer a Soskan member so I will be paying them a guest fee as per normal. Please could the CO or the AES membership sec clarify the situation. Thanks, Marty Volunteer Company P.S.
