Cliveden House, Maidenhead, Berks 5-7th September (VC)
This is our own flagship event. Extensive trench lines to be built as we go for it in a big way. Adam is co-ordinating this and we ask for maximum support from all our Eagles comrades. Impression TBC but initial discussions lean towards Army of the Potomac, Petersburg, 1864.
This is the post Chris put up , i would be happy to make Some hardtack for this event, but here is the rub i need to know a rough number by mid June also i would need help if this was going to be a large turnout ( over ten ). Could we also source some salt beef or pork belly ( you know the stuff if it's pork some have the teats on).A coffee bean ration would be good we could do this as well but what we would need is a deposit and payment in full for rations What do you think?
