Impression: Co.C, 27th Alabama Infantry (Col.James Jackson), Scott's Brigade (Consisting of the 27th, 35th, 49th,55th and 57th Alabama & 12th Louisiana), Lorings Division, A.P.Stewart's Corps, Army of Tennessee.
Dress should be as for AoT for this period as set out in the LJ impression guidelines (esp: Columbus Depot or Dept of Alabama Jackets, or Civilian Dress -- no RDIIs of at all...

Tom W. was going to sort out a scenario but I believe he's away on a school trip. The basis was to be the Atlanta campaign 1864, Confederate impression. Let's go with that as a generic idea as I do not have time this week to develop it further.

As posted elsewhere on this Forum another reason for attending this event is to witness the giving of the first Steve Boulton Memorial Award. The prize is kit, to be selected by the winner, to the value of £250.00 and it is being given to one who, in my view, has made the greatest contribution in word and deed to all that we strive to be.
